The roads on Bell Mountain are privately owned and maintained by the POA. Our Road Chair, Tom McDonald, works in conjunction with the Board of Directors to maintain our roughly 5 miles of roadway. Our road maintenance needs are taken care of by a variety of vendors. Below is our yearly road maintenance schedule that provides guidance as to how often roads are graded/graveled.
