You will need a gate code as a new owner. Once sold, old gate codes are deleted. You may contact the POA at the email below to request a new gate code or email our Gate Chair directly at dkpellicone@gmail.com
It is important for rescue personnel to be able to find you in an emergency. To obtain a green reflective address sign for your Lot, contact the Traphill Fire Department. The cost is $15.
Feel free to register your new address with the US Postal Service and place a mailbox on mailbox row. While you are not required to purchase a specific mailbox, we suggest the Gilbralter Large or Jumbo box (black).
The POA Annual Meeting is held the last Saturday in January of each year. Notices go out to all Lot owners at the beginning of January. The meeting is typically held at the Moxley Road Fire Department. You may pay your dues of $400 per Lot at the meeting or mail them to the treasurer by January 30th. Late penalties apply.
