Dumpster Club

The Bell Mountain Dumpster Club is a 2-garbage dumpster facility, shared by and independently paid for, by individual neighborhood residents; it is NOT a POA-funded amenity. You must be a member of the Dumpster Club to use the dumpsters. All POA members are invited to join the Dumpster Club by contacting Brian Stiffler at (704) 458-8808 or stifflerb@bellsouth.net.
The cost per household is approximately $72.00 per year for part-time residents and $216.00 for full-time residents/renters. Bills are sent out twice per year via email.
The Dumpster Club is self-governing and relies upon everyone’s cooperation to ensure the dumpster area remains clean and tidy and less attractive to wildlife. Only HOUSEHOLD trash is allowed. This does NOT include household cleanouts, furniture, construction materials, or tires. All bulky items or “spring cleanings” should be taken to the Wilkes County Landfill or other convenience site. The dumpster is emptied once a week. Boxes may be thrown into the dumpster, but they must first be BROKEN DOWN to save space in the dumpster. Please be considerate and break down your boxes, no matter if they are big or small.
Help keep it green!
